Companies House raised its online incorporation fee from £50 to £100 in February 2026, so this is a real saving rather than a rounding of one. The £40 cashback is a partner offer and is not available on Tide's own registration page.

We would rather you spoke to us before you incorporate, though. Share structure, who is appointed as a director, and when to register for VAT and PAYE are all easier and cheaper to get right at the outset than to unpick a year later — and as the list above sets out, that is work we do anyway.
